Section 123
Defense of work done in good faith
: (1) Officials or employees of ministries or departments or cooperative organizations shall not be held personally or collectively accountable for any work done in good faith in accordance with the rules, regulations or guidelines made under this Act.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), there shall be no defense for an act done without due process and with malice.
